IBM Power E1150 (9043-MRU)
A 4U enterprise scale-up server built for memory- and data-intensive AIX and Linux workloads, offering up to 120 Power 11 cores and 16 TB of DDR5 memory per node. Does not support IBM i.
The Power E1150 is IBM's mid-tier enterprise scale-up Power 11 system, built around a multi-node architecture that scales from a single one-socket node up to a four-socket, 120-core configuration with 16 TB of DDR5 memory per node.
The E1150 runs AIX and Linux only. It does not support IBM i. Enterprise-scale IBM i buyers should evaluate the E1180 or a scale-out S-series model (S1122/S1124) instead.
