IBM FlashSystem
IBM's external all-flash storage array family, built on Storage Virtualize software and populated with FlashCore Module NVMe drives.
FlashSystem arrays attach to Power 11 partitions through supported Fibre Channel SAN adapters, as an external alternative or complement to internal NVMe U.2 storage and the NED24 expansion drawer. FlashSystem is often the storage tier of choice when consolidating a Power 11 partition's storage with other platforms on shared SAN infrastructure.
